The check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the on-site tuck shop for convenient access to snacks and necessities. Our room's cleanliness stood out, it even had a pleasant smell. The staff demonstrated friendliness and accommodation.
The hotel had only one lift, cleaners occupied it for much of the day.

The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the options available. The location proved convenient for accessing many sites. I found a beautiful church directly across from the hotel, its bells were pleasant to hear.
The open windows had a low ledge. This seemed a potential hazard.

the location proved accessible to the nearest metro station. i appreciated this convenience.
The sound insulation was insufficient. I heard hallway noises. the bed moved noticeably when my partner shifted, a source of disturbance. the lack of sound protection made sleep difficult.

the hallways were noisy i could hear everything happening there was no coffee in the room i found the bed to be very hard there was mould in the bathroom
